Basic Job Functions:
- Supporting development of safe work practices and procedures for the facility
- Helping recruit and hire a diverse and high-achieving team
- Helping train, develop, and coach the maintenance team
- Attending and facilitating relevant trainings on equipment and maintenance best practices
- Scheduling, planning and prioritizing repairs while maintaining communication with the team
