Job Summary
The Safety / Risk Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting a strong safety culture within our division. This includes leading, influencing, coaching, and teaching teammates to ensure a safe working environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative tasks such as OSHA-required training and reporting, maintaining training record systems, and conducting required safety inspections.
- Overseeing and managing the division's incident management systems.
- Providing orientation training for new teammates and independent contractors.
- Covering the responsibilities of the EHS department as needed.
- Leading/executing on new initiatives to strengthen Safety and Culture.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
We also prefer candidates with:
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Formal education in safety or related field of study.
- Experience with formal Safety and/or Environmental programs.
What We Offer
This is a salaried position with compensation ranging from $81,900 to $94,900 annually and eligibility for a yearly ROA bonus. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
