We are currently seeking a entry level skilled Technical Support Specialist with the drive and determination to help us support our client base. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and is capable of working within a team environment to successfully address challenging technology related issues.
NuCloud Technologies is a technology services provider supporting business throughout the Capital Region . We provide and support hosted IP PBX voice solutions, Office 365, and full network security management for small businesses.
Our Technical Support specialists are responsible for managing and maintaining our solutions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a service position and will require a strong customer service focus. Candidates must be energetic, positive, strongly motivated to learn new technology, effective in troubleshooting, and excel in team and customer communications.
This position will include identifying user problems and working within a structured problem management and resolution process to remediate them within established SLAs, and involves working with other resources and vendors to deliver effective field support services. Responsibilities include identifying, documenting and troubleshooting user computing issues to resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job duties include utilizing our professional services automation (PSA) solution along with other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver remote and onsite user support; phone support; install projects; after-hours emergency on call support.
Minimum Skills Required:
· Working knowledge Windows Server and client operating systems
· Working knowledge of firewalls and basic TCP/IP networks
· Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors
· Passion for exceptional customer service, teamwork, and problem solving
· Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible
· Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
· Reliable home internet access
· Reliable transportation
This Position Entails:
· Troubleshooting user problems

· Manage, maintain, troubleshoot customer networks, equipment, software and services
· Take customer support calls
