The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Activator Program Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship Activator program. This role is central to Nucleate’s mission—driving the success of academic founders as they transform breakthrough science into biotech companies.
You’ll work closely with our Global Director of Operations and Executive Director, overseeing chapter leadership, coordinating program activities across all regions, supporting sponsor relationships, and shaping the infrastructure that supports global growth.

- Highly organized and proactive, with experience leading programs or teams.
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with students, founders, and industry leaders.
- Background in biotech/life sciences required; program management or event experience preferred.
- Excited about biotech innovation and community-building.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the global Activator program structure, curriculum, and annual launch.
- Support and mentor chapter leadership teams across 20 regions
- Oversee HQ volunteers and foster a strong volunteer culture.
- Plan and deliver events: seminars, workshops, and regional Demo Days.
- Coordinate with sponsors and industry partners to support program success.
- Manage data, reporting, and systems to track impact and streamline operations.
