We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and our service technicians. Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Schedule service appointments and prepare repair orders
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Review recommended maintenance and repairs with customers
- Provide clear estimates and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Review completed work and invoices with customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer retention
- Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Dealership experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using dealership computer systems and technology
- Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
