As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for handling incoming inquiries - whether online, over the phone, or in person - and turning those interactions into valuable appointments. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales and service teams by helping to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and engage customers to drive overall satisfaction and sales.

What is a BDC?

Our Business Development Center (BDC) is the heart of our customer engagement strategy. BDC teams manage incoming customer inquiries, nurture leads, and help create a seamless experience for potential customers. Whether it's generating leads, setting appointments for sales or service, or following up to ensure customer satisfaction, the BDC is instrumental in improving customer experiences and increasing dealership revenue.

Your Role:

As a BDC Representative, your primary functions will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and live chat. Answer questions, address concerns, and engage customers in meaningful conversations to build relationships and trust.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales and service, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Engage with potential customers who inquire about our services and vehicles. Collect relevant information to assess their needs and identify opportunities for appointments.
  • Follow-Up and Retention: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, increasing the chances of converting leads into appointments and ultimately, sales or service visits.
  • Data Management: Manage customer data and help create targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and tailored offers to increase customer retention.
  • Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize technology to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions, ensuring an organized and efficient process.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience and/or automotive experience is a plus!
  • A friendly, positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • A strong desire for success and the motivation to earn a great income
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
