- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for sales and service, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Engage with potential customers who inquire about our services and vehicles. Collect relevant information to assess their needs and identify opportunities for appointments.
- Follow-Up and Retention: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, increasing the chances of converting leads into appointments and ultimately, sales or service visits.
- Data Management: Manage customer data and help create targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and tailored offers to increase customer retention.
- Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize technology to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions, ensuring an organized and efficient process.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Previous customer service experience and/or automotive experience is a plus!
- A friendly, positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
