- Follow-Up and Retention: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, increasing the chances of converting leads into appointments and ultimately, sales or service visits.
- Data Management: Manage customer data and help create targeted marketing campaigns, personalized communications, and tailored offers to increase customer retention.
- Efficient Use of Technology: Utilize technology to track leads, appointments, and customer interactions, ensuring an organized and efficient process.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills
- Previous customer service experience and/or automotive experience is a plus!
- A friendly, positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- A strong desire for success and the motivation to earn a great income
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
