ROLE SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) is responsible for acquiring customer orders, entering order details into the computer system, and coordinating product delivery. The role involves daily communication with customers, drivers, and facilities while ensuring accuracy in billing, invoicing, and order management.
This position includes weekend and holiday coverage, as well as on-call responsibilities after training and post-performance assessment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Process daily customer orders, billing, invoicing, and credits.
· Communicate with customers, drivers, and facilities via phone and email.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
· Participate in weekend and holiday rotations, including on-call duties.
· Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
· Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 years in customer service preferred.
· Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data entry accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
