Position Summary
Develops and maintains internal case-processing functionality on the Appian platform, supporting the agency-side Oracle EE transactional and analytics databases. Contributes full-stack and database development and helps diagnose and resolve application performance issues.

Position Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Appian-based internal case-processing workflows.
- Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL against transactional and analytics databases.
- Contribute full-stack web development and maintain legacy components as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve application performance issues.
- Participate in Agile delivery, design meetings, and daily scrums.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and relevant IT Experience
- 2 years of Appian development.
- Oracle / PL/SQL.
- Full-stack web development.
- Agile delivery.
- Application performance diagnosi
- ColdFusion or other legacy-platform maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of the internal case-processing architecture.
- Experience integrating Appian with Kafka and third-party APIs. .
