- Bring 1–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, or operations, with a proven ability to tackle unstructured problems and deliver results.
- Care deeply about building teams and shaping a positive and high-performing culture.
- Are resourceful in navigating HR, financial, and other processes — able to build order where none exists.
- Can partner closely with the team to turn vague needs (and sometimes half-baked ideas) into structured processes, anticipating problems and solutions before they’re spelled out.

Core responsibilities:
- Office management: Be the operational heartbeat of the company, managing the office environment and ensuring smooth information flow to support high-performance work.
- Vendor management: Own relationships with office and operational vendors.
- Team growth: Shape culture from the ground-up by spearheading team initiatives, organizing team events, supporting recruiting, and strengthening internal communication.
