Position Overview
The Operations Lead plays a key leadership role in daily production and facility operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires working directly on the production floor while guiding the team to consistently meet operational targets.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with leadership experience in operations or production environments. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to think strategically while managing details and executing with efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Branch Supervisor to implement daily operational plans/schedule
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve daily production and performance goals
- Oversee sanitation, packing, and logistics processing of reusable materials
- Assess team workload throughout the day and adjust assignments as needed
- Track and drive performance against established KPIs
- Communicate operational challenges that may impact customer service or production outcomes
- Analyze workflows to identify efficiencies and recommend improvements
- Ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled accurately
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity standards within the facility
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or behaviors
- Participate in team meetings to promote open communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of experience in operations or production settings
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding performance goals
- Knowledge of systems and processes that support efficient service operations
- Strong understanding of team development, including hiring, training, and supporting diverse teams
- Willingness to work alongside staff to master procedures and support revenue and KPI goals
- Excellent communication skills with team members, management, and clients
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, record data, and perform basic math calculations
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong adherence to safety procedures and willingness to report concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Comfortable troubleshooting in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift between 25–50 pounds
- Closed-toe, non-slip footwear required
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay starting at $24.00–$26.00, depending on experience.
