NU3S is hiring a Head Cook / Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen operations while actively working alongside the team in our busy café. This hands-on role combines cooking, team leadership, training, inventory management, and quality control. If you're an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

✔ Experience as a Head Cook, Lead Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or Kitchen Manager

✔ ServSafe Certification (required)

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ High-volume food service experience preferred

✔ Café, deli, bakery, QSR, or fast-casual experience a plus

• Prepare and execute menu items while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Lead, schedule, and support a growing kitchen team
• Train staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen productivity
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Assist with menu execution, specials, and process improvements
• Partner with management to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume café environment
