Job description
* AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RECORDING ***
Job Purpose:
Complete real estate recording transactions by determining requirements; assembling, preparing, examining and submitting closing documents for recording as well as tracking & keeping relevant records.
Duties:
- Examining closing packages received from closers, promptly resolving and correcting any defects on recording docs during the examination in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Crossing checking on fees and charges on the closing bill and the actual recording fees, following up and reporting on any shortage or overage.
- Processing recording transactions in a timely manner, and keeping all transaction records.
- Tracking outstanding docs and open recording status, following up on documents; explaining services.
- Keeping all updates on County and State new regulations and procedures.
- Prepares transaction documents by completing relevant forms; collecting and reviewing existing documents.
- Complies with regulatory requirements by adhering, and enforcing adherence, to requirements.
Skills/Qualifications:
Well experienced in Recording procedures and tasks, Multi-tasking and very good in Time Management, Documentation Skills, Well trained Written and Verbal Communication, Customer Services, Confidentiality, Highly Self-Motivated and Independent and team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
