Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Escrow Officer. The Escrow Officer will manage real estate closings, prepare necessary documentation, and oversee the escrow process to ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. Qualifications
- Experience in Closings and Escrow processes, with a strong understanding of compliance and documentation requirements
- Proficiency as a Notary with the ability to execute notarized documents efficiently
- Strong background in Residential Real Estate, including knowledge of market trends and related protocols
- Excellent Customer Service skills with an ability to foster positive relationships and maintain professionalism
- Ability to work independently, managing timelines and coordinating with multiple parties remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Licenses or certifications relevant to escrow or notary services are advantageous
