About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our 1st shift team. This position plays a key role in supporting our drivers, and ensuring smooth operations.
First Shift: Sunday-Thursday 1:00pm-10:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate driver routes and schedules
- Communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues
- Track deliveries and maintain accurate records
- Provide timely updates to leadership on any service disruptions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
