We’re looking for a highly motivated On-Site CDL Driver Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and a confident, professional presence to every interaction. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally self-assertive, works well independently, and knows how to prioritize tasks effectively without losing sight of the details. You’ll be responsible for identifying top-tier Class A CDL drivers and ensuring a smooth, efficient recruiting and onboarding experience. Your ability to communicate persuasively and manage multiple priorities at once will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Class A CDL drivers through job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Conduct confident, persuasive phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit
• Manage the application, interview, and onboarding process from start to finish
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate and organized records in applicant tracking and HR systems
• Assist with HR functions including background checks, new hire paperwork, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing goals on tight timelines
• Quickly adapt to changes in priorities, volume, and process
• Operate with autonomy—manage your time and tasks with minimal direction

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive interviewing abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment
• Driven by results with a high sense of urgency and accountability
• Comfortable using email, ATS platforms, texting tools, and internal systems
• Recruiting, HR, or transportation industry experience is a strong plus
