Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL for an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney. The attorney will manage estate planning, probate, and estate administration matters, including drafting Wills and Trusts, advising clients on estate and succession planning, assisting with probate filings and court hearings, and providing legal counsel in estate-related disputes. The position involves detailed legal document preparation, client consultations, and collaboration with team members to support the firm’s mission of offering exceptional legal services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Estate Planning, including drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administrations
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and license to practice in Florida
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a must
