We are seeking a detail-oriented, litigation-capable attorney to take ownership of probate cases, guide clients through estate administration, and contribute to a high-performing, growth-oriented firm.
Location & Compensation
Coconut Grove, Florida (In-Office)
$140,000 – $220,000 depending on experience
What You'll Be Doing
• Handle estate administration and probate litigation cases
• Draft wills, trusts, pleadings, and related legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and asset distribution
• Negotiate settlements and manage case progression
• Maintain organized and accurate case files

What Success Looks Like

• Contribute to efficient case resolution and client satisfaction
Qualifications
• 5 years experience in probate, estate, or trust litigation
• JD and active Florida Bar membership
• Strong drafting, litigation, and client advisory skills
• Experience with legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw)
• Ability to manage multiple active cases
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
