Body Shop Manager – NTX Motorworks

NTX Motorworks is looking for an experienced and motivated Body Shop Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced collision, customization, wrap, tint, and automotive restyling facility looking for someone who can lead production, manage customer communication, and keep shop operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day body shop operations
• Coordinate repair scheduling and production flow
• Communicate with insurance companies and customers
• Write and review repair estimates
• Monitor repair quality and cycle times
• Order parts and track repair progress
• Lead and support technicians and shop staff
• Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with high-quality standards
• Handle customer updates and follow-ups throughout the repair process

Qualifications:

• Previous collision/body shop management experience required
• Experience with CCC ONE or estimating software preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance repair procedures
• Team leadership and customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license required
