Paid Media Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role focuses heavily on designing, launching, and optimizing high-performing PPC and paid social campaigns, with a primary emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Beyond traditional channels, you will help spearhead the future of our digital footprint by researching and testing emerging AI advertising landscapes, including ChatGPT/OpenAI ad experiences and other cutting-edge AI formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- AI & Innovation Research: Proactively research, strategize, and prepare for future ad experiences within ChatGPT, AI search engines, and other emerging AI-driven media formats.
- Cross-Channel Support: Oversee and execute complementary lead generation efforts, including email marketing and text automated follow-up, and CRM-driven outreach and projects.
- Client Collaboration: Confidently participate in client-facing meetings to understand business goals, pitch paid media strategies, and clearly articulate performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on critical KPIs (CPA, CPC, etc.) to ensure all campaigns hit or exceed performance objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with creative and internal teams to test new ad copy, hooks, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Core Skills
- Core Expertise: Proven track record managing profitable, scalable campaigns natively within Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Business Suite.

- Familiarity or direct experience incorporating AI tools into workflow efficiency or ad copywriting.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C lead generation frameworks.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, advanced conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API), and Monday.com.
