Credentialing Coordinator-Healthcare

NTT DATA Services currently seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to join our team in Franklin, TN for a hybrid role. Must be available work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Work from home on Monday and Friday.

Pay rate $16.75 per hour
Hours 8am-5pm M-F
This is scheduled to be a 6 month contract role with a estimated start date of 2/2/2026.

This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and ensuring that all professionals meet the necessary standards and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the credentialing process for all healthcare providers within the organization.
• Verify and maintain records of all necessary licenses, certifications, and other credentials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline the credentialing process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and files.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 years customer service experience in a medical or healthcare environment
• 1 years credentialing processes and healthcare regulations experience
• 3 years Microsoft Office Suite and database management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED Required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $16.75 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
