Job Description
SDE / Tech Lead (Software Development Advisor)
The Tech Lead will perform Solution and Software architecture reviews and provide technical insight into the digital payment platform. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that deliveries align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Software Engineering Pods, considering adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Integration Strategy: Propose integration strategies for third-party services and internal systems, with a focus on seamless interoperability.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, software specifications, and decision logs.
Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure alignment with design and coding standards and quality benchmarks.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key technical liaison with business stakeholders.
Typical Outputs
Integration recommendations
Technical guidelines and best practice documentation
Code review reports and recommendations
Periodic roadmap delivery reports
Required Skills
15+ years of experience in full-stack .NET Development (C#, ASP.NET Core)
Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React
Solid understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases
Experience on cloud based platforms like Azure, AWS a plus
Experience building Microservices architecture and modern digital frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps tools and Agile development methodologies
Ability to coordinate with Offshore dev teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
