We are currently seeking a Project Program Senior Director - Hybrid to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).
Day to Day job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital strategies, managing digital platforms and tools, analyzing data, driving innovation, promoting digital literacy, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and executives to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and new digital solutions, and oversee the continuous scanning of technological developments to assess their relevance and potential benefits for the organization.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and cultural alignment, leading to successful long-term transformation.
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies, policies, and standards.
- Managing and optimizing the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring efficient utilization and capacity planning.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to project managers and other team members.
- 10 Years of Integration architecture including microservices and Cloud architecture
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop project management teams.
- Ability to align project initiatives with business objectives and develop long-term strategies.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), best practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve project issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Typically requires 8 years of leadership and technical experience, managing delivery teams
