(Hybrid work schedule) We are looking for local candidates that reside in the Chicagoland area. Recent graduates with Bachelor's degree may be considered for entry level position.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for processing Master Data and New Item Requests.
- Develops detailed process tasks, measurements and works to identify resources requirements for managing associated tasks.
- Works directly with Sales, IT, Operations and Marketing to develop supporting analysis and reporting necessary to communicate the need for changes to existing processes.
- Recommends, develops and implements standard reporting required for process support.
- Work between management and users to gather necessary requirements.
- Monitors data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in the data used to support processes, analysis and reporting.
- Corrects data and/or communicates to appropriate personnel when data inaccuracies exist. Responsible for ongoing data analyst, plan development, and appropriate communication as required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business or Finance.
- Knowledge of Excel, Access or other database management and reporting systems preferred. Familiar with BI, JDE or Oracle ERP.
- Attention to detail and able to manage large pieces of information.
- Ability to write business reports and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Teamwork skills - Working well with a diverse team.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Salary range $55K - $60K
