NTN has an immediate opening in our Sales Department for an OEM Sales Engineer for our Northern IL / Wisconsin region.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts within the area of responsibility
- Develop new OEM customer bearing specifications to assure NTN is preferred supplier.
- Drive new and ongoing development projects that will lead to profitable growth.
- Understand the factors that drive the business and accurately forecast order levels.
- Meet or exceed business target plans.
- Communicate effectively, both internally and externally.
Skills/Requirements:
- BSME or similar 4-year technical undergraduate degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Industrial sales to OEMs.
- Proven Success within the Industry (OEMs).
- Must have ability to contribute to the team immediately.
- Self-starter, able to learn quickly.
- Be able to work from a home office.
