Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to Customer Requests (internal and external customers)
- Order Entry and Data Maintenance (JDE Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal support teams (Sales, Engineering, US manufacturing facilities, oversees facilities, etc.)
- Track Customer Delivery Performance
- Maintain broad knowledge of NTN products, systems, policies & procedures
- Identify opportunities to drive process improvement
- Create a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5 years business/supply chain experience preferred.
- Experience working for a manufacturing company preferred.
- Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards or other MRP system preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook/Sharepoint.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Organized, analytical, multi-task oriented, and detail oriented.
