Processing Coordinator
We are hiring a Processing Coordinator. This is a high-volume role that depends on detail and accuracy. Each day you will work through a large number of files. For each one, you review it, decide the next step, and keep it moving through a set process. Most of your day is email, with some phone work. You will be in regular contact with outside partners and vendors to request updates, find information, and keep everything on track.
No prior experience in this field is required. We provide training. We have seen strong results from people who come from structured, process-driven backgrounds such as banking, financial services, and records or data management. If you are detail-oriented, curious, and self-motivated, this role may be a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of files each day, around 100. Spend about five minutes on each to decide the next action, whether that is sending an email, following up on a response, waiting on an update, or moving it forward.
- Move each file through a set process from start to finish, including the early and later stages of the workflow.
- Keep in regular contact with outside partners and vendors. Request updates, find information, and respond as new details arrive.
- Work across many open files at once while staying accurate, efficient, and fast.
- Notice patterns and use your own judgment for situations that training did not cover.

Position Details
- On-site, full-time, about 40 hours per week.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
