Job Summary

The Events Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Network Connex's participation in industry trade shows, customer events, conferences, sponsorships, recruiting events, and corporate functions. This position leads all aspects of event management, ensuring a professional, engaging, and measurable presence that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, talent acquisition, thought leadership, and revenue growth.

The Events Manager partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Recruiting, Executive Leadership, and external vendors to coordinate and execute successful event programs that align with organizational priorities and business objectives.

This position serves as the primary owner of Network Connex's event strategy and is responsible for managing event logistics, budgets, sponsorships, communications, reporting, and return-on-investment analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage Network Connex's annual event and trade show strategy.
• Maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development objectives.
• Evaluate event participation opportunities and sponsorship programs based on strategic value, audience alignment, and business impact.
• Provide recommendations regarding industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities.
• Support corporate branding and awareness initiatives through strategic event participation.
