The Experience & Event Designer develops creative concepts for immersive brand experiences, interactive environments, and multi-sensory activations for events, tradeshows, and live experiences. This role translates brand strategy into spatial storytelling, engagement touchpoints, and technology integration, shaping environments that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
Working in collaboration with senior creatives, strategy, content, and technical teams, the Experience & Event Designer ensures each concept reflects the brand, connects with the intended audience, and incorporates innovative approaches to technology, storytelling, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design immersive brand experiences, multi-zone environments, and high-engagement activations for both B2B and B2C events.
- Incorporate interactive elements, emerging technologies, and media into cohesive experiential concepts.
- Develop 3D visualizations, journey maps, and presentation materials that clearly communicate creative vision.
- Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, content teams, and technical specialists to ensure alignment between creative ideas and overall project goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in experiential, event, or brand environment design.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and V-Ray for rendering, with strong visualization skills. Candidates without prior 3ds Max and V-Ray experience must demonstrate proficiency in equivalent 3D modeling/rendering software and be able to fully transition to 3ds Max and V-Ray within the first 90 days of employment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of brand communication, spatial storytelling, and audience engagement strategies for both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative concepts, brand integration, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design, Interior Design, Architecture or related field preferred.
