Seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Waller, TX.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting both plant and field operations, with the opportunity to help build and shape a growing safety program.
Key Highlights:
- Lead site-level EHS programs across facility and field operations
- Drive compliance, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee environmental permitting and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
- Partner closely with operations leadership to enhance safety performance
- Lead incident investigations, RCA, and corrective actions
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–15 years of EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong background in environmental compliance and regulatory interaction
- Proven leadership in both plant and field environments
- Hands-on, proactive leader with a strong field presence
Comp: $115K–$125K bonus
Schedule: Mon–Fri (occasional weekends)
