Sales Manager – Telematics
Location: Atlanta (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Nter Talent are supporting a fast-growing global technology business with the search for a Sales Manager to lead their Telematics sales team based in Atlanta.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to build momentum and drive performance within their phone-based sales operation.
The Role
This role will lead a high-velocity inbound and outbound phone sales team, focused on same-day and short-cycle closes. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, setting the standard for execution while coaching and developing the team on the sales floor.
You will play a key role in establishing daily sales cadence, performance visibility and consistent execution across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a phone-based inbound and outbound sales team focused on same-day and 24–48 hour sales cycles
- Establish daily structure and momentum through start-of-day huddles and end-of-day performance reviews
- Build and manage Salesforce dashboards, reporting and workflows to track performance and drive execution
- Define and implement sales standard operating procedures including call sequences, outreach strategies and messaging frameworks
- Provide real-time coaching through side-by-side selling, call reviews and floor support
- Join live calls to support deals and demonstrate best practice selling techniques
- Create clear visibility of performance through dashboards, activity metrics and reporting
- Deliver daily and weekly performance updates to senior leadership
- Foster a high-energy, accountable team environment with a strong focus on results
- Spend your first month actively selling to build credibility and understand the sales process in depth
About You
We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
Essential experience:
- Proven experience managing phone-based sales teams in inbound, outbound or call-centre environments
- Strong Salesforce capability including dashboards, workflows and reporting
- Experience working within short-cycle or one-call-close sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams through call listening, live support and feedback
- Experience building and implementing sales processes and operational frameworks
- Comfortable working with daily activity metrics and performance accountability
- A hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
Nice to have:
- Experience within telematics, mobility or related technology sectors
- Experience building or scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
