This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Norcross, GA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer and end user relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Previous experience as a GC or Subcontractor in the residential or commercial space is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and residential electrical markets.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned territories and product lines.
- Prospect new contractors, distributors, OEMs, and end users.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
- Coordinate with manufacturers on market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years in the Electrical Industry (Contracting, OEM, Sales).
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with electrical contractors, distributors, or consulting engineers.
