Overview & Responsibilities:
Work as a core Business Analyst supporting a critical, fast-paced feature team, most likely dedicated to the in-house Member 360 application. This role requires a high-output individual comfortable with standard Agile processes and dedicated to producing high-quality user stories and driving implementation with customer groups. You will…
• Conduct business analysis, systems analysis, and testing activities for new features and capabilities.
• Create and maintain a high volume of user stories, with the expectation of generating 10-15 user stories per week in JIRA.
• Analyze business problems, create detailed workflows, and brainstorm solutions on how to implement different features.
• Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and architects in a large-scale scrum environment.
• Drive implementation activities with "Plans" (internal customer groups).
• Conduct product demos for customers and leadership teams.
Required Qualifications:
• 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and testing.
• Hands-on, demonstrable Agile experience.
• Experience working with large scrum teams.
• Proven ability to write and manage user stories in JIRA.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation.
• Must be a quick and willing learner.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Health Insurance industry.
