Join NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association in our Asheville, NC location, where your work helps connect communities and improve lives across rural America. As a Benefits Resource Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our members and participants, providing exceptional service and solutions for NTCA’s benefit programs.
What will you do?
- Be the trusted resource for inquiries about NTCA Benefit Plans and eligibility.
- Provide clear, professional answers to participants, HR representatives, and providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve complex issues.
- Stay current on benefit program rules and regulations.
- Contribute to a team that values accuracy, empathy, and superior customer service.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfort working with web-based systems and databases.
- Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus (but not required).
- Flexibility to work varying schedules within standard hours (Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am and 7 pm)
