Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking qualified, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We currently have opportunities available on the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM shifts, with flexibility to help you build a schedule that works for you.

Major Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Working under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse, you will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residents
- Provide nursing services and direct patient care
- Supervise CNAs and participate in their evaluations
- Oversee the Falls Prevention and Pressure Sore Programs
- Conduct and document thorough evaluations of residents' medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered state license to practice as an LPN
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
