Job Summary:

Arabella Health & Wellness of Carrabelle, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our residents, administering medications, performing treatments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Direct the day-to-day tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our residents

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care conferences to ensure continuity of care

  Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN nursing license in Florida

• Current CPR certification

• PCC PointClickCare software experience preferred

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
