Activities & Responsibilities
This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 to 4 years of position-related experience; the preferred formal education is a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience.
Management Responsibilities
This job has a primary responsibility and makes decisions required for managing the work of others.
Provides a supervisory function and controls the operation of a warehouse department to ensure compliance with customer requirements and corporate policy.
Activities & Responsibilities
- Provides departmental supervision, ensures compliance with department and organizational procedures.
- Prioritizes and directs activities of the department to fulfill customer requirements.
- Ensures timely communication to other departments issues related to inventory and delivery.
- Ensure housekeeping activities are maintained and is responsible for facility and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinates activities at 3rd party warehouses and communicates status to other departments where applicable.
- Directs training of direct reports and maintains appropriate records.
