Land Acquisition Specialist

We are partnering with a national top home builder, and they're looking for an experienced residential Land Acquisition professional for their growing team and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• The Land Acquisition Specialist will focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing land opportunities
• You will be leading market analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions
• Be involved with creating relationships, presenting acquisition to leadership, and maintaining visibility into the pipeline and portfolio
• Identify, evaluate, and track residential land acquisition opportunities, including monitoring regional land transactions, interpreting zoning and land use regulations, and conducting competitive market and feasibility analyses
• Lead underwriting efforts for potential acquisitions, including preparation of market studies, financial pro formas, and investment narratives to support acquisition decisions and maximize asset performance
• Manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including environmental, title, survey, utility, drainage, geotechnical, and regulatory reviews to ensure risk mitigation and project viability
