Commercial Construction Estimator - Fort Worth, TX

A well-established commercial general contractor with over 20 years of growth and success in the Fort Worth, TX area is looking to add an Estimator to the team. They specialize in commercial projects for local clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Estimator for commercial construction (office, retail, multifamily)
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Estimating software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($120K-$145K)
