Identify and qualify quality candidates for our clients to review for their job openings. Manage the process from submittal to start, with regular check-ins before and after.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, pre-screen, interview, negotiate rates, and submit qualified candidates for a variety of positions nationwide as well as internationally.
- Schedule interviews and extend job offers to candidates
- Keep in regular communication with submitted candidates
- Continuously build a network of skilled professionals
- Check-in with active placements to keep them happy and prepare to redeploy before the project ends
Required Experience
- Prior customer service, sales, sports, or military background
- Bachelors or Military background strongly preferred. Associates degree acceptable.
