CNC PROGRAMMER LEAD

Overview
NSC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Router Programmer specializing in millwork. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC routing equipment to produce high-quality custom millwork components.
Responsibilities
- Take solidworks files to alphacam
- Facilitate the first article and approval
- Manage operators
- Intergrate with other work centers to tweak and improve based on each jobs requirements.
- Participation with the production team
- Keeping track of shifting priorities and coordinating with other departments
- Assist in the overall execution and outcome of each unique project.
- Look for project improvements such as better or faster routing paths, as well as better integration with various subassemblies.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the CNC department.
