What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Journeyman Electrician position at NSC Staffing?
We're hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term solar project in Bastrop, TX.
Pay: $47.19/hr
Per Diem: $120/day worked ($600/week based on a 40-hour week)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Install and run conduit for solar electrical systems
- Pull wire and install cable tray
- Install solar racking, panels, inverters, disconnects, and combiner boxes
- Perform AC/DC wiring and terminations
- Troubleshoot solar PV electrical systems
- Read and work from electrical drawings and NEC requirements
Requirements:
- Active Journeyman Electrician License
- Strong solar electrical experience
- OSHA 10
- NFPA 70E
- Lockout/Tagout
- Lift Certification
Screening Requirements:
- 10-Panel Drug Screen
- Federal Criminal Background Check
- 7-Year Criminal History Review
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check
