NSC Skilled Trades is seeking 3 Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term prevailing wage solar project in Columbus, OH.
JOB DETAILS:
PAY: $40.50/hr Base $25.20/hr Fringe = $65.70/hr Total Package
PERDIEM: $120/day (only the days worked)
START: 1 Electrician on 6/22 | 2 Electricians on 7/8
DURATION: Through June 2027
HOURS: 40 hrs/week (Monday-Thursday)
TIME: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
LOCATION: Columbus, OH
SCOPE:
- Install, bend, and run conduit for commercial solar electrical systems
- Perform DC and AC wiring for solar PV systems
- Install and terminate feeders, branch circuits, combiner boxes, inverters, disconnects, and panels
- Assist with installation of solar electrical equipment and components
- Troubleshoot solar PV systems, wiring, terminations, and power distribution systems
- Read and work from electrical drawings and specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required
- Strong commercial solar electrical experience required
- Solid troubleshooting experience with solar PV systems
- OSHA 10 required
- Must speak English proficiently
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and NSC background check
