Salary: $100,000 (DOE) Per Diem
Schedule: 1st Shift | 40 Hours per Week

Position Type: Direct Hire
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee lightning protection and grounding projects from contract award through final completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, field operations, customer relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple electrical/lightning protection projects from startup through closeout.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project scope.
- Coordinate schedules with customers, contractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, labor, materials, and profitability.
- Prepare RFIs, change orders, submittals, billing, and project documentation.
- Perform material take-offs and coordinate material procurement.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
- Lead communication between customers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and field crews.
- Coordinate project closeout, warranties, inspections, and final acceptance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in lightning protection or a related electrical construction field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction and project management.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and electrical drawings.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and job costing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Must pass a Basic NSC Background Check
- Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass customer-required background and safety requirements.
