NSC Staffing is NOW HIRING multiple, experienced, TX Licensed Electrical Foremen to join our travel division for several upcoming projects in and around Fort Stockton, Texas. This is a chance to lead crews on large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects.
PAY: MARKET RATE ($40 /hr)
SCHEDULE:
- Full-time
- Project-based work with immediate opportunities
JOB DETAILS:
- Bilingual PREFERRED
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workforce assignments
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and clients
- Track labor productivity and job progress
- Train and mentor electricians and apprentices
- Conduct jobsite safety meetings and inspections
- Experience managing multiple crews
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects
