POSITION : Asset Coordinator
JOB TYPE : Direct Hire (W2)
START DATE : IMMEDIATELY
Responsibilities
- Will be supporting Asset Management and Configuration Imaging services for a new client in a warehouse environment.
- Managing shipping and receiving functions surrounding this activity. UPS Air and ground freight arrangements.
- Proficient and experienced with MS Office business applications. Predominantly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with Database administration.
- Proper tracking of these Assets is critical to the success of this contract.
- Need detail oriented individuals with strong organization skills to ensure the proper tracking of IT assets.
- Good communication skills with customer interaction and conference calls with the client.
- Team player that is self-sufficient and is willing to assist with all aspects of the operation.
