Role Description
In this hybrid role you will manage a portfolio of about 8 Condominium/Townhome Associations. Duties include advising/supporting the Board of Directors, handling requests, coordinating projects with contractors, approving payments, and other duties to support the Association. The position requires approximately 3-4 evening meetings per month. Properties are located mainly within the north suburbs.
Qualifications
Property management experience in a community association (condominium) setting
- Property management experience in a community association (condominium) setting
- A CAM license from the State of Illinois
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding and experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
- Industry certifications, such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM
