Position Overview
Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP finance transformation initiative. This role will focus on migrating from the existing ERP platform to modern solutions while transforming core financial and operational processes.
As part of the Transformation and Program Management Office, the selected candidate will collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to establish a scalable ERP ecosystem that strengthens governance, improves data quality, and supports long-term organizational growth.

This position will drive enterprise-level transformation in how the organization plans, records, and reports financial and operational performance. By introducing structure to a complex, multi-year initiative, the TPM will reduce execution risk, accelerate ERP adoption, and enable leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Vision
Define and maintain the ERP finance transformation vision, scope, and success metrics aligned with corporate strategy.
Ensure program outcomes support finance objectives and long-term scalability.
Roadmap & Portfolio Management
Own the multi-phase ERP roadmap and associated program portfolio.
Sequence initiatives to balance business value, risk, and organizational capacity.
Governance & Execution
Establish and lead governance models and integrated program plans.
Drive transparency around risks, dependencies, and decision-making processes.
Ensure predictable, high-quality program delivery.
Finance & Process Transformation
Partner with process owners to modernize finance and operational workflows such as:
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Record-to-Report
Financial Planning
Implement ERP best practices to strengthen controls and streamline processes.
Data, Systems & Controls
Define ERP-related data, integration, and control outcomes.
Ensure implemented solutions support compliance, reliable reporting, and operational efficiency.
Change Management & Adoption
Lead stakeholder readiness initiatives and adoption strategies.
Oversee post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Deliver executive-level updates with actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
10 years leading complex, business-critical technical or transformation programs spanning multiple functions and systems.
Proven experience influencing and collaborating with VP-level stakeholders.
Deep expertise in ERP-enabled business transformation, including large-scale finance or enterprise ERP implementations or migrations.
Demonstrated success establishing governance frameworks and PMO structures, including:
Integrated planning
RAID management
Executive reporting
Advanced ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces, conduct fit-gap analysis, and guide trade-off decisions balancing standardization, flexibility, and control.
Strong data-driven mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience mentoring Technical Program Managers or Project Managers and implementing scalable program management practices.
