We are seeking an experienced Production Operator II / III with hands-on experience in oral solid dosage/tablet pharmaceutical manufacturing within a cGMP-regulated environment.
πΉ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Perform solid-dosage manufacturing activities including dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, and compression.
β’ Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
β’ Execute scheduled commercial and non-commercial manufacturing activities safely and efficiently.
β’ Follow approved SOPs, Batch Records, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
β’ Complete batch records and manufacturing documentation accurately and legibly.
β’ Maintain clean and organized cGMP production areas.
β’ Participate in quality investigations as required.
β’ Work closely with Production Management and site support teams to meet production schedules.
β’ Follow all required PPE, safety, and cleanroom procedures.
β’ Work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining production and quality standards.
πΉ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
β’ 2β3 years of current Production Operator experience.
β’ Hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical solid-dosage/tablet manufacturing facility.
β’ Direct experience with multiple solid-dosage processes such as:
β’ Dispensing
β’ Granulation
β’ Sifting
β’ Milling
β’ Drying
β’ Encapsulation
β’ Coating
β’ Compression.
β’ Experience operating, setting up, cleaning, and troubleshooting pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
β’ Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, batch records, safety procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
β’ Ability to read and write technical/manufacturing documentation in English.
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
β’ Ability to wear required PPE, including partial and full-face respirators where applicable.
πΉ IMPORTANT:
This position specifically requires oral solid-dosage/tablet pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
β Candidates with primarily chemical manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or general compounding experience without solid-dosage pharmaceutical production experience will not be considered.
Salary : $20 - $26
