Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on a contract basis. The role includes implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating care across disciplines, and ensuring proper execution of physician and nursing orders.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions accurately.
Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical/Surgical RN.
Med/Surg experience is required.
Ability to work onsite for 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.

Onsite position in Dyersville, IA.
Monday-Friday, 06:00 PM - 06:30 AM (Central Time, CST)

Compensation:
Hourly pay: $45.86/hr
